REFUND POLICY
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Products damaged during shipping
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
- A description of the issue
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify your claim, we will:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method, OR
- Send you a replacement product at no additional cost
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer cannot be returned.
